K9 Myeongdong Hotel, Seoul

During my stay, I found the room to be small but incredibly clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a relief given the summer heat. I appreciated having a small fridge to keep my drinks cool, and even though I shared a room with a friend, the cozy setup made it feel more like a home away from home. I had a perfect view of the street from my bed, which made the room feel more spacious than it was.

I was pleasantly surprised by the self-serve breakfast options provided at the hotel. It included basics like eggs, bread, milk, and coffee, as well as instant noodles for a quick meal. Being able to prepare my own breakfast was a nice convenience that allowed me to start my day however I wanted, making it a lovely part of my stay.

One of my favorite features was the strong air conditioning in the room. It worked incredibly well, even when the room key was removed, which allowed me to come back to a cool space after a long day of exploring. It made my stay comfortable, especially during the hotter days in Seoul.

While the shower setup was a wet room style, I found it practical for quick clean-ups after a day of sightseeing. The strong showerhead pressure made for refreshing showers. Although everything got a bit wet during use, it was to be expected in budget accommodations, and it worked well for my needs.
